Event: Suzuya Masamichi (Kyoto Ginkakuji) pop-up at Hirakata Mall B1, in front of Pompadour.

Dates & Hours: October 30 (Wed) – November 3 (Sun), 10:00–20:00.

Overview: Suzuya Masamichi is a Kyoto-based confectionery brand renowned for
handcrafted Japanese sweets that blend tradition and modern taste. At this pop-up, we will offer our
signature Kyoka Dorayaki lineup featuring refined wasanbon sugar, flavorful anko, and fluffy
batter balanced to highlight natural ingredients. You can also enjoy our light and airy “Nama Dorayaki”
series, which pairs gently sweet cream with classic bean paste for a delicate texture.

Highlights: Assorted dorayaki in seasonal flavors (wasanbon, chestnut, matcha, yuzu, hojicha),
popular gift boxes (5 or 10 pieces), and limited items for the event. These are ideal for souvenirs,
thank-you gifts, and tea-time at home.

Quality: Each piece is crafted by artisans near Ginkakuji Temple in Kyoto. Carefully selected
ingredients and small-batch methods ensure a soft bite, a clean finish, and an elegant aroma. Therefore,
our dorayaki remains enjoyable even after some time, which makes it perfect for gifting and sharing.

Access & Notes: The booth is located on B1, right in front of Pompadour bakery. Please visit early
for the best selection. Additionally, quantities may be limited each day.
